1. Shipment Processing Time

Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Fulfillment Location: All domestic orders are packed and dispatched directly from our dedicated warehouse facility located in Doral, Florida.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Transit Time: Standard Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

Carriers: We partner with reliable domestic carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe delivery.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible domestic orders above the threshold clearly specified at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s portal. Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours.
4. Damages, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at piedranegracoffee@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of any structural damage so we can quickly process a replacement or credit.
