This website and all connected sales channels (including Google Merchant Center and TikTok Shop) are operated by Piedra Negra Café de Altura. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Piedra Negra. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our premium high-altitude coffee or any of our products for any illegal, unauthorized, or counterfeit purposes.

We make every effort to ensure that the description, origin (Loja, Ecuador), altitude (1,400m), and flavor profiles of our coffee are as accurate as possible. However, the material on this site is provided for general information only. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

3. Modifications to Prices and Services

• Prices for our coffee bags, merchandise, and gear are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product selection, roast level, or package size (such as our 12 oz or 35.27 oz presentations) without notice.

4. Products, Orders, and Billing Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
